I am a certified practitioner of both Swedish and Ayurvedic Massage, having completed training at the Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing in Los Angeles, California (2001) as well as at the Sivananda Ashram in Neyyar Dam, Kerala (2002), in association with the medical clinic of Dr. Nedungadi of Chennai.
I have worked in chiropractic and physical therapy settings as well as ashrams offices and spas, but am currently working only on a freelance basis. I work primarily out of my Syracuse, NY home, but I also make house calls in Syracuse and occasionally in New York City.
I have taught workshops in “Principles of Ayurvedic Massage” and “Ayurvedic Self-Massage” at the Sivananda Yoga Center in New York, NY.
